    Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Souvenir Card B176, issued in 1993 for the Omaha Stamp Show.
    The card contains die proofs of three stamps - a 10c Special Delivery stamp (E7), the 10c Parcel Post Postage Due stamp (JQ4), the 25c Special Handling stamp (QE4), as well as an offset reproduction of the 10c Newspaper and Periodicals stamp PR6.
    The card is in mint condition.
