    Description

    Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Souvenir Card B194, issued for the Columbus Philatelic Club exhibition Colopex 1995.  This card is part of the Bureau's "The American Dollar" theme for the 1995 fiscal year.
    The card contains a die proof block of four of the  First Bureau Issue of 1894, depicting Oliver Hazard Perry.
    Cards for this year were issued on stock that is approximately 8x10 inches, folded once.  The opened card is illustrated in the first scan, and the final image shows the cover.
    The card is in mint condition.
