collectible doll has been lovingly crafted by skilled artisans. The design is unique to the Crimson Collection. Only the finest material and workmanship has been used to create this exclusive handcrafted porcelain doll. It's of the highest quality hand painted fine porcelain. Attached is Certification of Authenticity.
Note: Please advised that this is a Collectors Item and not a toy! Not recommended for children under 8 years old!
Terms & Conditions
Payment must be made within 4 working days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know.
If payment s not received with 7 days of purchase then a Non paying Buyers Dispute will be filed and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged.

Goods will be despatched within 24 hours of cleared funds, subject to the conditions listed in the payment section above. You will be notified on the day that doors have been despatched via USPS
All goods are sent either by Standard USPS (13 Ounces) or USPS Priority Shipping (14 Ounces and Up)

Once your receive your goods, please inspect for any damages during transit and report the damage us with 24 hours giving full details of any problem along  your user ID.

7 days after we have despatched your order, if we have not been notified by you of any problem, or received a feedback we will send a feedback reminder.
We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of USPS (United States Postal Services)
Returns
We accept Returns for exchange or refund. Please contact us by Email with 2 days of receiving goods with the reason to return said item. Item should be send back to us within 12 days after we have been contacted in the same condition it was received. We will refund customers their money except the shipping cost. To return goods to us customers has to pay their own shipping cost, unless there is an agreed between customer and seller.

Some things has been keepsakes to people for many years, who loved and cherished them but have decided to let them go, so that others can have similar enjoyable experience as they did for so many years.
