    Description

    Souvenir card issued by the Souvenir Card Collectors Society (SCCS) for the organization's 1998 annual meeting, held that year at the NAPEX stamp exhibition.  This item is recognized as card N-10 in the SCCS numbering system.
    The card features an intaglio vignette of the Jefferson Memorial.  It was produced for the SCCS by then-active BEP plate printer Mike Bean.
