This is a nice lot of (400) pre-cancel items that offers a nice variety of many, many DIFFERENT and there are a few multiples. There are a few pairs and these would account for most all of the duplicates. These would appear to be virtually all LOCALS and mostly date from the 1930's to the 1950's.
This lot offers a very nice variety from a number of DIFFERENT states and also a nice variety of towns. There are a few smudged and some postally used items noted. There are a few "stuck" items. Th
ese items are virtually all WITHOUT GUM. (lot # 23)
This is a nice unresearched lot that is offered as found. There were only a few small thins, bends, perforation faults, creases noted here and there. There are no large thins, no tears or other major damage noted. It is certainly possible that we have missed a small flaw or fault.
