These items are used except for the USB adaptors.
I do not have a power supply for the controller but it was powering up when I got it at an estate sale and the touchscreen interface appeared to be working.
I do not have any Insteon devices or smarthome devices with which to test the functionality of this controller so I can not speak to that.
It is good cosmetic condition
