Here is a Vintage Decoy Grey Swan Copywrite “The Woodbin” # 8386 By Rick Stahnke 1986. Item is in good pre-owned condition.  It looks like someone hot glued a ribbon on the swan and used it as decoration.  Since it is hot glue it should be removeable if inclined.  Others that listed this said it is made of wood but to me it looks more like resin.
It Measures approximately 16” long by 9” high and 6” across at the widest point.
