    vintage store display measures approximately 10" high; the green base measures 5 1/4" across. Found at a local estate featuring high-quality vintage advertising smalls! The offered chalkware depicts a jovial Scotsman, whose hands are "cupped". The store owner could then place a bottle of
    Seaforth Cologne
    in the Scotman's cupped hands for counter display purposes. The green base's bottom has the original old felt still present. I believe this outstanding chalkware display dates to the 1940's-50's era. <>
